Alternatively, could you talk about:
-Are the people at Tuck really as awesome as claimed?
Yes. Of course I have only attended Tuck, but based on my experience at other "accepted student weekends", Tuck is a cut above the rest. If you come to ASW you will know what I'm talking about. Since Tuck is a small school and somewhat isolated, the people that come here KNOW what they are getting into and they are willing to put the effort in to make it work. People are VERY open to getting to know new people, helping people out and being generally very friendly. Of course, not everyone is like that, but there are a LOT of really great people here. If you are open and welcoming to anyone you will find a TON of amazing people here.
This doesn't even touch on the alumni network which I have found to be amazingly responsive. I can't count the number of times I've contacted a Tuck alumni for career info and ended up talking for 1.5 hrs and ending up with a mentor who was genuinely interested in my career development. It has exceeded all my expectations.
There hasn't been a single day where I've regretted my decision to come to Tuck.

-The social life at Tuck, given Hanover is kind of isolated. Do you guys interact much with folks from other departments? What's the dating scene like?
I'm almost through my first year, so take my opinion as such. You will be so busy during Fall A/B that interacting with students outside of Tuck will be the last thing on your mind. However, there is a conscious effort to include other schools in official events (Med school, engineering school). Outside of official events, you will get a chance to mix with people outside of Tuck through mutual friends.
Ahh.... dating. It's a very interesting situation. Imagine combining a small school with an intense, intimate environment. You won't have the opportunities you would in a big city, but then again, you'll be so busy that you won't really miss it. Let me put it this way, considering the size of the school and surrounding city, the dating scene is not bad. The female/male mix isn't bad and there are a decent number of single people of both sexes around.

It's a great! You get a chance to interact with your classmates on daily basis which allows you to quickly form new friendships. However, it also has its downsides: cabin fever, limited dining choices to name a few. However, overall it's been a very positive experience.

-How heavy is the overall MBA courseload from a 1 to 10? (10 being Darden).
As I mentioned above I've only ever attended Tuck, so I can't draw an accurate comparison. However, I think I can safely say it HAS to be in the top 25% in terms of workload. It can be overwhelming at times, BUT I never found it to be a bad thing. You learn just how capable you are of handling such a workload. Somedays you'll wonder how you'll get through it, but you do.
