yes i did try ordering from manhattangmat.com the shipping rates are insane.. a book costing 23$ ends up being 70$ along with the shipping.

Re: my GMAT journey so far.. [#permalink]
Sorry for bringing up the old post, I just got spooked because this is almost the exact same boat I am in.. PR prep then on my own/same scores etc.. I thought I was well prepared for Verbal or at least SC .. I just finished a GMATprep2 (Q27, V32) test that knocked (slammed) me back to earth. I'm so frustrated and I see this all the time on the forum but now I wont take these post for granted. I really do feel helpless and even with another few months of prep after this test to hopefully reach 650-700, the adcom is still gonna wonder what the hell happened on that first test (It's 38 hours from now).

Anyone have identical palm veins by chance?

you can download everything from net it is all available(torrents) but that stuff is quite old but might be good for you
Only way to improve your Quant Score is Practice if you don't know how to solve a question see it's explanation if you don't have the explanations with you post here on Gmat club make sure it is from a relevant source at least that way you can try that kind of question any time after knowing the explanation....

I'm finding Nova Math Bible kind of useful (though a bit tedious), but they cover quite a lot topics.. Why not take a glance at it see if it helps improve your foundations.

My test as stated above is ticking down to the hour, thanks for the advice though. I will probably be purchasing the rest of the MGMAT set (I've done SC already) as soon as I walk out of the testing center. I hate to be a pessimist but it's annoying to have the thing you want most so far out of your reach. With an IQ of 121, I really get pissed off when I can't even make it in the ballpark of a Q43, V42.

Ha-ha. IQ has little to do with GMAT.
I can't find a post by a guy who had a very high IQ but he got his confidence shattered...

Out of curiosity I looked up the percentile of a 121 IQ (no it's not from an internet test).

Guess what it is.. 91.92% ... GMAT (700 Q43, V42).. ~92%.

:wall

EDIT @bb: I completely understand, it's just extremely frustrating.
