Would you care to post your phone number, address, and email address too? It only seems fair because you just published all those peoples' personal information to this forum.

I sure as hell would be pissed if I was one of the people in that book.

those links are public... check teh stern link... it says that everyone in it agreed to be on that book AND the links are hosted by the bschool.

Anyways, I believe that we are not violating anyone's privacy. If the moderator thinks otherwise then he/she should really remove it.

I hope they do. I'm pretty sure they intended those resumes to be distributed to potential employers interested in students from the Michael Price Investment Fund, not so people would post them on message boards.

Piggles,
(i am not being sarcastic), but why dont you contact somd adm people at Stern and Mccombs and ask them if they can delete those links for whatever reason, i am really interested to know what their reaction would be.
So that in the future we know what to put in our CVs since they might get public...

Fwiw, I came across the NYU resume book a while back and contacted a student. He was happy to hear from me.

Me too (which is why I refuse to create a Linkedin account).

However, piggles. When you submit your resume to the school's resume book, it is intended to be distributed to third parties (and also you have to assume that anything and everything on your resume will become public information). Different schools have different policies, but once you start your program at Ross, you will get an explanation from the various clubs and the career services.

And yes, even though you may not like the fact resumes are hosted online for everyone to see, it's a risk that you assume when you submit your resume to the resume book. It happens ~

I did the same thing and the student was very responsive and helpful. Naturally, if you harass the student then you're unlikely to get a favorable response.
