Hello,
Thanks for submitting your profile. I'm not sure what your GMAT score is, so it's difficult for me to assess which programs you should aim for. Your academic record is quite weak given your MBA GPA -- 60th percentile is not a great rank
I think this will hinder your chances at top programs. Also, the fact that you already have an MBA is going to be a bit of a disadvantage -- you're going to have to make a very compelling case as to why you need another one! It's not easy, and I don't think it's looked too favorably upon. Just something you should be aware of.
Your professional experience is very strong, though, so that is great. One question is whether you really need an MBA to achieve your goals given that you're coming from the banking sector. Is it to gear towards PE or to gain energy project financing experience? Either way, given that you have an MBA and that your career switch isn't super drastic and you want to stay in the Middle East, I'd question whether you really need another MBA to reach your goals.
The lack of extracurricular and community leadership will be a gap, though admissions committees are pretty understanding of banking hours.
I don't really think HBS is realistic, but I think the other programs on your list are pretty well balanced. Again, I don't have your GPA info, so difficult to do a full assessment.
Thanks,
Mili
