Part-time MBA from McCombs to break into biz development? [#permalink] New post 25 Oct 2012, 17:26
I appreciate any help.

I am contemplating between a full-time MBA and a part-time MBA. I currently work in the semiconductor industry as an Engineer.
Age - 30
Female
Years of experience - 8 in varied roles in engineering

Post-MBA goals - Business Development, Product management, Strategy in the tech industry.

I am more interested in a part-time MBA due to work permit and immigration reasons. I would like to know if it is possible to get a full-time job in one of the above roles after completing a part-time mba.

Also, do folks with a full-time mba degree get higher or senior management positions upon graduation compared to part-time mba students?
Thanks a lot.
