Some top ranked programs are using pass/fail grading system for its entire program, and thus have no GPA. So what are your views on such grading system instead of the traditional ABCDF grading policy? which one do you prefer?

Maybe I'm on my own here, but I think competition can improve the overall quality of the class without necessarily being nasty. Every undergrad does it, so why should business school be so different?
