Sorry, but I have one last school that I'm considering. I am from Philadelphia, so Wharton is a school I would like to apply to.

I recently got promoted at work after only 7 months and will manage a network of distributors in Korea, so I need to add that to my background. Also, if I was able to get my GMAT into the 700's, what do you think about my chances at UPenn?

If you get a GMAT in the 700s, then, yes, you could have a shot at Wharton. Get leadership experience in and outside of work!
