I'm sorry that your efforts weren't rewarded this year, but, I think you will have better luck in the future. To me, the main weakness in your profile is a significant lack of work experience. It is very hard to write compelling essays and have good examples when you don't have the depth of experience of other applicants. Additionally, your LORs will be better (hopefully) with another year of experience under your belt. In fact, this might be my only concern with applying in June to Columbia. Even this year, your work experience is less than that of most applicants!
However, as long as you recognize this disadvantage, you will be able to mitigate it. Make sure that your essays do a good job of explaining WHY this is the right time for you to go to business school. You will need to show the right mix of having been successful professionally (to date) yet unable to progress to the next level without an MBA.
With all of that in mind, I think that you are targeting the correct tier of schools. I'd be wary of applying to too many. This can be a big burden on recommenders and you will need to do what you can to make sure that your LORs are outstanding.
Good Luck!
