Hello,
To answer your questions:
1. Right now I'd say that your profile may not be distinctive enough to get you into a top-ten MBA program. Never say never, but I would advise that you expand your search to include schools more in the "top 30" range. You just have a very common profile and I don't see anything that really jumps out and makes an admissions officer say "Wow!"... For the next six months, focus less on awards/contests and more on gaining leadership experiences (both on the job and outside of it)... That will help your cause.
2. There's no magic GMAT score that will get you in anywhere, but ideally you can score above a 700 with a Quant and Verbal score at least in the 80th percentile. Beyond that, getting an even higher GMAT score doesn't help a ton.
