Radi,
Your gender and very strong leadership profile go a long way toward minimizing the negative of your GMAT score, which is not so bad anyway. Your age is a minor negative, so don't wait any longer to apply and make sure you explain why you've wait til now to pursue the MBA.
Do you think you could raise it 20 points if you tried it a third time? How they perceive your score will depend to some extent on whether the verbal score is lopsidedly low or the quant is lopsidedly low. The least 'damaging' 660 would be one where the quant percentile ranking is somewhat higher than the verbal but they are basically in line with each other.
I think you have a shot at all 4 schools you mentioned, with Michigan being the toughest nut, and Emory the most doable. Given your goals, consider applying to Texas (Austin), Rice (Jones), and Warwick (UK).
