You have to start with an Excel sheet and keep track of your weakness, after you know if it is SC, RC or CR you can look for strategies for each one, and concentrate in that one. I also had a low verbal at the beginning but I figured out that it was because of SC... usually that is the weakness of we "the not native". After I figured out, I did all the SC of the OG 13th edition, all the SC of the OG verbal and got my hands in a lot of Idioms flash cards.

There is not easy way sorry, but SC it´s the easiest to correct... RC or CR are harder because it has to do with reading practice. I told you I'm not a 700's but for me it worked for RC this strategy to gain some time: If I was reading about science... a rare protein that this something to the brain, I worked with keys words and reductions that made sense, I didn't try to remember 'axon hillock' but 'Axh'.

When you know which is your weakness look out the strategies, 250.000 people take the test every year, don't invent the wheel and look for the strategies that already worked for other people.

P.D. I think the same amount of hard work that can get you from 46 to 49 in Q might get you even higher in V, but you're the only one who knows.
