Hello,
I have been doing an early research for my MBA application in 2016.
Hey, so first of all it's FANTASTIC that you are getting started early! The earlier you put your plans in motion, the more effective they will be. And starting early allows us to not only identify potential weaknesses, but to come up with a plan to execute them... and have the TIME to do so. which will make you a stronger applicant next year.

I notice
Admissionado uses part-time consultants who are MBA graduates and already have their main jobs. I wonder do they have any training at all? I would prefer to have someone who is specifically trained to polish application essays, rather than a MBA graduate who is not a native speaker.
Oh, absolutely. Our guys go through an incredibly RIGOROUS screening and training process. Couldn't agree more with her. Being a good consultant and mentor is about more than just GETTING an MBA. there are plenty of MBAs out there who TECHNICALLY know how to get in... but arent necessarily good mentors. And that's what we're looking for: people who are passionate about helping people, and have the knowledge and skills to do so. Our screening process is very intensive. Less than 10% of the people who apply actually end up working on our team. And we didn't realize this until now (when someone who had worked elsewhere told us), but our training process is more intensive than any other. We put our guys through the wringer before they can ever get in front of clients.

Additionally, it seems most of the consultants have their main jobs, this is the fact I worry the most. Do they really have time to look into my profile? Or are they only act as a consultant of their own school? If they are MBA graduates of a school, I suppose they are only familiar with only 1 school, unless a significant amount of training is provided.
Yes, most of our guys are PT. But that's by design. It's important that we find people who WANT to be here, not people who NEED to just get a job because they need money. So we look for people who are passionate about helping, in addition to whatever else they've got going on. And rather than fill them to the gills with work our guys set their own bandwidth and tell US how many clients they can work with. That way, they're never getting stretched too thin, and can always dedicate themselves fully to each client.
Even more, when you think about it, you're not going to apply to a top school like HBS or Stanford or Yale or any other school to become an admissions consultant. You're going to do so, because you want to go out there and take over the world! Do something super cool. Change the way people think and the way industries are run. That's why people get an MBA. And those are the kind of guys we want on our team. People who are doing cool stuff in their careers, staring businesses, serving as executives in big companies... and bringing that experience back to the table, because it's going to help YOU succeed.

Lastly, when is the best time to use the consultant service? Is it too early to apply for it now?
Never too early. Again, the earlier you assess your profile and see where you stand, the earlier you can start strengthening it. And that will put you ahead of the curve next year when you apply. So if you know you want to apply, its definitely a great time to start. As for packages, why don't we take this offline
