How was your time and pacing? I doubt this is the cause of it, but if you use up all of the time (75 minutes) and don't answer some of them, they count against your score big time. Just a thought.

A few days ago, I had posted a topic here about my performance in GMATPREP (Q45 V20) - 540.
Today I attempted Powerprepp and I got 560 (Q40, V28). I am still waiting to hit the magic 600 number but somehow it seems to be moving away from my grasp. I know I did a few silly mistakes in which I got a right answer in my calculations but I goofed up while selecting the answer (2 questions).
Verbal: 2 SC I did wrong by reading the right answer choice but selecting the wrong answer choice!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pissed!!
During the review of the questions to see which ones I did wrong or right, I noticed that the POWERPREPP software showed only 28 questions instead of 37. IN verbal it showed only 30 out of 41 questions. Not sure what to make out of that.... Are those the only questions considered towards my score??!! Just curious.
But on the brighter side, I went from a 20 in my Verbal score the previous attempt (GMATPREP) to a 28 this time in POWERPREPP.... Practiced the OG throughout the week... I will be looking at gmatter.biz now... and solving the questions from there too...
Still striving to get to the magical mid 600s... Long way to go... Lots of work to do.
