Hi!
Practice scores scores generally range + or - 30 points in relation to the real GMAT. Here is a link to a blog that discusses certain factors you should take into account in order to help you get + 30 as opposed to - 30: https://econgm.at/0WCiso

With that being said, it is possible to experience a significant jump. It all depends on the amount of time and effort you put into your studies. While its is important to study a lot, neither is it good to cram, nor is it good to excessively study at all hours. I just wanted to share one more blog post with you I recently came across which is an interview with a student who managed a 200 point increase. While the blog is short and does not provide any major tips, I hope it will provide you the confidence to know you too can accomplish the same. Check it out: https://econgm.at/t2mZ1b
I hope that provides you a little boost of confidence. If you have more specific questions in regards to your study plan, feel free to ask and I will provide you advice where I can. Good luck!
