1. Are there any chances of getting scholarship/ admit with this score ?

So to answer your questions: Sure you can get an admit maybe even a scholarship, but the question is of course: WHERE? I'd say that your application range should be in the 20-50 range (US News and World Report). If you are satisfied with this, and these schools can help you reach your goals, then no need to retake the GMAT. If you feel like you can do much better though, then why not? Think about it!
