profile eval

Hi,
I really appreciate all insight on the forums. I'm looking for a quick profile eval. I'm looking to apply for Fall 2010.
Male, white, will be turning 27 during enrollment. Married (does this matter? Good, bad, or neutral?)
UGrad GPA: 3.0 in engineering (within this is one terrible grade that I optionally re-took the following semester and got an A).
UGrad: small liberal arts college, top 20. Extra curriculars are pretty diverse but not that exciting: leadership role in fraternity, habitat for humanity, robotics team, activities council, etc.
WE: by fall 2010 I will have spent 4 years at the same engineering firm doing abstract/boutique engineering. I've got great recs from my supervisors (one with an MBA) and have taken on significant leadership while at the firm (far beyond peers). I manage senior level engineers in a project-management capacity now.
GMAT: 730 (V:49, Q 44)
I'm planning to apply early action to Tuck, Round 1 to Booth, Harvard, and Stern/NYU, r2 to Wharton, MIT and Kellog. Not interested in Ross. I have a true "saftey" picked out (GMATs are ~650, my mom went there) but am looking insight into other schools that are a realistic shot and/or what to do to bolster my profile.
Thanks.
