Overall it's looking good. You graduated IIT, which is the school most B-schools pull Indian candidates from, being a female will help you stand out a bit (i.e. it's easier to not be an Indian male! :))

The long and diverse international experience as well as real leadership so early on your career should be a HUGE help!
Of course your final school list will need to depend on your actual score, but so far things look relatively promising. You will need to build yourself a unique application package, and in your essays show how these goals fit you well, (and of course - ACE the GMAT!), and with a strong application you should do well!
