Things look pretty good all over. You have an excellent GMAT and come form one of the strongest and most-promising industries. GPA is average, but not so low that you need to think about it, or that it should harm your application. However, in your profile, what is missing for me to be able to evaluate it properly is the bulk of what is important - your work experience the leadership you have, how fast you were promoted as opposed to others.. especially since you have a very good profile and are applying to top schools, where everybody else also has a very good profile!
I really do like this bullet point about your recruiting strengths and experiences, as this is one of the major skills required for business leaders, and by emphasizing this, can help you make a stronger case.
If you wanted one thing to focus on during the next period to improve your profile, I'd say it could be on your volunteer/community service or perhaps sports... Right now, it's good that you have all this stuff, but "playing sports" or "tutoring" could be strengthened if you were able to organize some project, run a tournament or fundraiser, basically just take a little more responsibility and push these items beyond what they are now.
I think that if your WE is particularly strong, you have a shot at all the schools on your list, but I would anyhow suggest adding two or three more schools which fit your goals.
