Well, if you get a very high GMAT and you have excellent essays you would have a shot at these programs, work experience notwithstanding. After all that is why MiMs exist - for people who don't yet have the perfect work experience. A very high GMAT is VERY helpful here (think 720+). Otherwise an MSc can also be a good option to improve your profile, and you have to see what you want to do afterwards. ( you can of course apply to both MiM and MSc programs if you are interested, but you should be thinking about what you want to do afterwards).
