Your GMAT will hurt you given your competition demographically speaking, but (a) with the exception of Booth you are aiming at a more doable range of schools and (b) you have some distinctive assets (Mumbai IB + entrepreneurship, hospitality industry + Mexican restaurant in Mumbai) that could, if handled well, offset your 'numbers.' If there is more of the same in terms of differentiating assets then you could certainly target this range of schools.
