Hi Linda - I would really appreciate a Profile evaluation. Thank you very much.

25/Indian/Male

1) Work Ex
Total of 1.5 Years to date.(Will be 2.5 during application ).
1 Yr in Local Strategy Consulting Shop in India. Worked with Fortune 50 clients on their India projects. Significant responsibly.
0.5 Yrs in Big 3 Consulting Firm(BB - Not Mckinsey) in the US.


2) Your GMAT.
770/ Q 50 / V 45 /6.0 ( No IR - took the old test)

3) College.
Bachelors in Engineering(Computer Science) from Well known Regional university in India. 80%/100% - Top 5%le


4) Interned directly under extremely well known CEO of Fortune 500 company in India. Possible recommendation letter.
CEO part of TIME 100: The Most Influential People in the World List

Significant work/leadership with Alumni Association of undergrad college. Started Mentoring program which has impacted 100+ students.
Was also head of major technical society for region ( with 6000+ Students Members).

Assistant campaign manager for election campaign of candidate to Indian State legislature. Worked full time for a month .
Apart from overall responsibilities, was specifically responsible for technology outreach and youth appeal. Candidate was elected with a margin of 20,000+ Votes

Strong interest in improving public education in India. Chose location of Big 3 office partly due to fact that it had a significant education practice.
Some volunteering experience with Teach for India .Working with a $200 Million+ company in India on their CSR strategy. Formal leadership responsibility in CSR with company(on their CSR committee). Company has schools running and more in pipeline. Key influence in their decision to pursue more schools.

Very impressive. You have a competitive profile for your target programs, albeit you are on the young side. Apply R1 this fall and see how you do. If you don't get in this time, continue excelling, leading and initiating and time will take care of your youth while allowing you to build an extraordinary record of achievement.
