Hello Yahya,
At 26 years old you are eligible to apply to any US MBA program except the Sloan Fellows at MIT and Stanford. You are not American, therefore your GPA will not be scrutinized, but it would be convenient to raise your GMAT score to 700+. 710 would be enough.
All top US MBAs offer loan programs for international students, many ask for a U.S co-signer, but it is possible to get a loan without one, usually at a tad higher interest rate. Therefore, do not choose which MBA to attend based on how much money you have to spend.
Regarding rankings, FT tends to overvalue European Programs and undervalue US programs, and the Economist is not great either. To be able to have a better ranking of US programs, trust BusinessWeek or US News. But, having said that, also do not choose a school solely by rank - you should work with an admissions coach to figure out which programs offer you the best fit, and therefore, you increase your odds of being accepted.
MBA House can hep you with both increasing your GMAT score and going over the entire admissions process with you. The fact that we have a location in Manhattan, NYC puts us in a great advantage to being in touch with all the major MBA programs of the world.
Would you like us to send you an estimate?
