Hi Serc, as requested by your PM to elaborate, maybe you can apply/negotiate for the roles that the rotational programs usually feed to. If you can get to the positions that are one level up, you would probably not have to take as much of a pay cut. You may still have access to most of the trainings and exposure you are looking for.
