Thanks for your posting. You have a very good record and one that almost all MBA admissions would take seriously.
As for your background, the issue that concerns me most is your undergraduate record - neither HBS nor Wharton are in the business of admitting students with average anything. This concerns me more for HBS than for Wharton (which will look at your graduate GPA and your GMAT scores and weigh those more as they are more recent indications of your academic abilities and potential). Regardless, for both schools, your margin of error has been used up with your undergraduate grades and this means that every controllable aspect of your candidacy -- application, essays, recommendations, resume, interview, etc has to be top notch and make you stand out from the crowd.
As for HBS, I would encourage you to apply, but you have to go in with realistic expectations as they accept less than 10% of their applicant pool and your competition is fierce. Regardless, I believe in living life with no regrets and we have worked with candidates with backgrounds and issues similar to yours who have been accepted.
