Hello,
Thanks for sharing your profile (and lol at the 'very American' description). You've got a lot to share and schools should value that. Congrats on what you've achieved in various areas, including strong work experience, leadership experience, international exposure, involvement, etc. The fact that BCG is sponsoring you is another vote of confidence and also certainly helps reassure you (and the admissions committee potentially) of what you'll be doing after graduation! (And yes you would normally include that in ST goals). Your interest in the joint programs can help as well as long as you are able to clearly explain the WHY behind that interest and goal. You've got a great GPA, and the GRE score was respectable; you've certainly shown an interest in giving back when you can.
Sure thing-- it's best to have recs from those who know you well and can really write about you and your strengths and accomplishments and cite specifics and examples where possible. That is much more important than 'title' per se.
Overall it sounds like you've got a great start to a solid profile and with strong applications/essays/recommendations etc, would hopefully be considered at top global b-schools, and it sounds like you've got some schools that make sense with your interest in non-profits. Let us know if you have any further q's, excited for you, wishing you the best!
