Hello -
I think my profile is well-rounded yet may lack the depth of community leadership that would differentiate me from my well-represented demographic. Would appreciate any thoughts/feedback!

Consistent 4 & 5 performance ratings.

Hey there,
Well basically I agree with you
In terms of work/GMAT/GPA you are all good. You're in the right industry, you have leadership, you've experienced a variety of roles, you killed the GMAT, and you have good grades. Great! All that is settled.
And now the big question is: Why you? Meaning, between you and someone else with a similar profile, why would they choose YOU? And in fact who are you? And what is unique about you? And what do you really want? This is where the difference will happen. Now, I don't know you yet, so I cant really give you the answers. But I can confirm that you are barking up the right tree at least
And I'm sure you have something, it's just a matter of finding it, and then finessing it.
Best,
Jon
