Right now, from the info provided and if you do achieve the target GMAT, I’d consider you a viable candidate for top-20 schools. Top-5 would be quite a stretch, though it would depend on the specifics.
IF you excel tremendously at work in the next few years and create a stellar track record of leadership and impact, you might be viable at top-5.
One potential drawback I see is rather generic
goals – they should be more focused. And be prepared to cite a motivation and vision – why you are pursuing these specific goals and what you’d like to achieve by them.
To prepare for competitive MBA programs, I suggest finding ways at work to interface with business and also take leadership and initiative. Also, think further to present more focused goals.
