Thanks for your post. Business schools are going to look at your academics, work experience, and personal characteristics (community service, personal stories, etc.). Your GMAT is most likely in the range for these programs, but may be under the average. If your work experience and personal elements are strong, that can balance out the academics potentially. You could retake the GMAT to improve your academic credentials or include some programs where your GMAT is closer to the average. Where you want to go in your career and why you need an MBA are determining factors of which program is right for you. You also want to develop a list of other criteria (such as geography, program size, teaching style) to find the right fit for you.
