I am currently applying to USC's MBA.PM program and UCI's FEMBA program.
My stats are:
26 years old Male Chinese American 640 GMAT: 31 Verbal, 46 Quant, 5 Analytical writing 3.24 GPA - UC Irvine graduate 5.5 Years of work experience in real estate valuation and mortgage analysis (3+ years in private real estate consulting firm, 2+ years in mortgage analysis at a Fortune 500) 2 Strong letter's of recs
How do you feel my prospects are at USC, UCI? I'm using UCI more as a back-up option, but they have some pretty great scholarship opportunities available. I intend on staying either in Southern California, or if I do look abroad, I would like to explore opportunities in China.
I made the decision not to pursue applying to UCLA's FEMBA program because I realize my stats are slightly below their median profile, do you feel this is a good decision?
