One step at a time.
If you're not applying for a few years, then don't think about what will happen in a few years.
Focus on what's ahead of you -- which is working full-time. That should be your SOLE focus at this point now that you've graduated. Do not take the next few years as a given (i.e. it's "just" work experience).
It seems like you're putting way more value on your future MBA than you are on your work experience now. That would be a huge mistake because by doing that.
It's sort of like a guy getting drafted out of college to play in the pros, and asking about his first free agency contract when he should be worried about even making the lineup and staying there in the first place.
I get a hunch that you're probably chomping at the bit wanting to get into b-school -- and see the next few years of work experience as a necessary evil or purely as a means to an end. If you do that, you will NOT make the most of your work experience.
Focus on NOW. You never know how you'll turn out in a few years. The first few years out of school is when you'll change the most. You seem like a very driven guy - the best thing you can do is to pour all that drive and energy on your CURRENT job (or your next job if you're not employed yet).
Worry about b-school later when you are in a position to apply. Thinking about it, planning it in your head, thinking in hypotheticals is all counter-productive, because it's distracting.
