Hi Alex,

I will it keep it short since i am coming from a category which is one of the most general now a days.

Another Indian IT Male.

GMAT: 700

Undergrad: B.Tech (Computer Sc. and Engg) 2.8\4 GPA.

Work Ex: 7yrs

International Work Ex: 3yrs (All in US, different clients)

Designation: Assistant Project Manager (PMP certified)
Experience in leading teams of 10+ resources. Managed the project from start till end, handled couple of challenging situations.

Involved in Client Facing role involving negotiations regarding new projects.

Extra Curricular: Involved in Sports till grad level. Associated with one NGO since last yr. Member of one of the photography association.

Which all schools (US n Europe), i should apply or hold a chance.

Stretch: choose 2-3 from the bottom half of the top 16 (Ross, Duke, Darden, Yale, Cornell, Stern, UCLA)

Sweet spot: choose 2-3 from the top 30: Tepper, Texas, USC, UNC, Emory, Georgetown, Indiana, Purdue, Maryland

Safety: anything outside the top 30, but not sure if that's worth it for you; if you don't get into any of your stretches or sweet spots, then consider looking at executive MBA or part-time programs the following year.
