Hello! I'd be happy to provide feedback.
So let's start with your strengths -- your GPA is great and so is your GMAT so they'll know you can manage the rigorous curriculum. Your work experience seems good and your post-MBA career goals are very clear/specific and connected to what you do now, so that makes a lot of sense. Having studied and worked in two different countries may be a small plus too.
One potential unknown is how to evaluate the quality of your work experience and accomplishments in comparison to your peers. I just don't know enough to evaluate that but hopefully you have strong examples of relevant skills like analysis and decision making and softer skills too like communication, teamwork, and relationship building.
Your activities outside of work are the only potential weak point, doesn't seem like anything really stands out there. I don't think this is a serious red flag but perhaps there are other ways you can show you're a dynamic person. If you're planning to apply this Fall then it may be too late to add activities, but maybe there are some personal accomplishments you can accelerate or other interests/hobbies/special skills that you can include in your application as a way to demonstrate you're someone who gets involved.
I think your stats are competitive to be applying to top 10 schools. Wharton is tough though, pretty much for everyone, but I would definitely go for it given your career goals. Try to apply early and engage with Wharton students / alums so you can really get to know the culture. Many applicants who like Wharton also like Columbia and Booth, which are also in the top 10. I always recommend (even to competitive candidates) to apply to a range of schools so you might want to apply to 1 or 2 schools outside the top 10 too, perhaps Ross which is also good in Finance, or maybe UT McCombs which is known for its strength in Accounting.
Hope this helps and good luck with the process! Keep us posted if we can answer any more questions!
