Hi there,
It's great that you're posting early because thinking ahead is really important! This response won't be super lengthy because, in all honesty, things will change in the next year. Your academics are solid but your GMAT is a wildcard. I know you're targeting a 730 but that doesn't mean anything to me. Once you have a score, that's when it counts. Professionally, you don't seem to be DIFFERENT but you are clearly a solid performer. You have some interesting involvement activities (love the app!) but you're a little light there. So if I'd say anything for this upcoming year, I'd say three things. For one, crush the GMAT. Secondly, expand your involvement in a MEANINGFUL way. Don't just get involved for the sake of it. Find something you're passionate about. And lastly, continue to do well at work.
Hope that helps and good luck with your GMATs!

Thanks for your input Bhavik. My total work experience would be 3 years and 10 months by the time I join school.I have following questions
1)Is the work ex will be a limiting factor in my profile?
2)Could you also pin point the specific weak areas in my profile where I could concentrate on?
3)Are my target schools approachable with my profile for 2015 Admit?
Thanks again for taking out your time and evaluating my profile.
