Based on your profile my recommendations are below. Keep in mind that your GPA will not help your applications, but you have a good GMAT and some good work experience to balance it out.
Kellogg's 1 year program is for people who have a better sense of exactly what they want to do, i.e. stay with the same company or go to a very similar company. There is less recruiting and less time for it. There is also somewhat less bonding/socializing given the shorter time period.
Wharton or MIT would be good fits for you based on your experience and some of your interests, though what exactly will you do long term?
Then I like Kellogg, Columbia, and Tuck (or you could swap Stern which is pretty good for marketing, with Columbia, especially if you want to increase your chances)
Then Yale and Duke are good options from your third list. Yale has some great offerings and you have a good profile for them.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance, with school selection, application strategy and essay edits. I am now accepting clients for the second round of applications.
