- Active volunteering in an NGO since past 2 years (impacting 7000 households and 36000 residents)
- Ran a chapter of SIFE (now ENACTUS) successfully mentoring National award winning team in college
- Technical skills involving R programming, Statistical Inferences, Corel Draw, etc
Which colleges should I apply for in US, Canada and Europe where I stand a fighting chance ?

I just answered someone else's query who had the same problem as yours: a dip in GMAT from 650 to 640 (coincidence or what! it will be worthwhile to match the raw scores).
Depending upon the kind of b-schools you are targeting, you should take a decision about a GMAT retake. Think of applying to BW ranking 30 to 60 with this score.
In my opinion, you can do better than that. You just have 2.5 years of work experience. So even if you land up applying only next year, but with a better GMAT score and a better profile (which you will develop over the year), you will be in far better position. You would also have the optimum work experience of 4.5 years before entering business school.
