Impressive. You are competitive at these programs, although you are a better fit for Kellogg's two-year program. Their one-year program is for people who have a strong business background. Check out Cornell Johnson's accelerated program. It is for people with a graduate degree in a technical field. I think it's a better fit for you.
I'm guessing that you prefer a one-year program. If you are interested in strategy consulting, you should also check out INSEAD.
Yes, I think you have a chance at scholarship at all the above schools.
