Dear Accepted,
Would you be able to prejudge Wharton's and Yale's reaction to my low quantum score (GMAT 690, Q44 - 69%, V41 - 92%, AWA - 6 90%).
I will only apply to these 2 schools with the following credentials:
Profession: lawyer 5 y.o. of work experience, inlcuding magic circle law firms
Background: woman, 28 y.o., ex-Soviet Republic, fluent in 4 languages
International experience: 1 year Master program in Sweden, 1 year in Moscow, 2 years in France and 1 year in Dubai
Academics: graduated top 5% w/ honours from all institutions: High School, UG, Master's
Extracurriculars: christian youth ministry, photography travelling
Since writing has always been my stronger skill, essays for both applications are looking pretty good.
I'm most worried about the admissions committee's opinion about my ability to crack math stuff. I had high (actually highest among the peers) grades in high school & uni, but all I did for the last 5 years is writing & re-writing, which is what, I believe, the GMAT score shows. Would you recommend addressing it in the 'optional' essay?
Do I still have a shot at the schools of my choice
Many thanks in advance!
