please review my profile

26 years old (underrepresented minority)
GPA: 3.6 from Ivy (not H/Y/P) - and got a ton of academic awards including a Fulbright scholarship
GMAT: 690 (low but took it three times)
WE: 3 years at large hedge fund (>US$2BN and promoted 2x), left at the end of 2012 to work for family business
Leadership (in college) - president of two minority groups, leadership positions in my fraternity, volunteer
Leadership (post college) - toastmasters (vice president), career mentor, scuba diver, college alumni events planner

i applied to stanford second round got an interview. i havent had it yet but dont think ill get in. do you think its worth applying to harvard and wharton third round?

Well, first of all, it aint over until the fat lady sings... But if you are getting an interview at Stanford this is a very good sign. What I would do if I were you and you don't get in - Take one more shot at the GMAT between now and Oct, and do EVERYTHING I could to reapply to Stanford with 30 points higher GMAT and one or two other improvements, as well as Wharton/HBS and whatever other school appeals to you (Haas/Sloan/Tuck/Booth) You have great stuff in your profile. Don't waste it at going to less than the best!
