i don't have the definite answer to these, but here's my "guess"

1. yes, just submit to the top 5 schools, since you'll be applying to them no matter when (at least I would define "top 5" in that sense)

2. I don't know, but it should sit in a database for a couple of years...

3. Not that I know of. There's nothing that says you have to introduce yourself if you send your scores there. I don't plan on applying to both Kellogg and Chicago, but I sent scores to both.
