The perimeters of a square region S and a rectangular region R are equal. If the sides of R are in the ratio of 2:3, what is the ratio of the area of region R to the area of Region S?

A) 25:16
B) 24:25
C) 5:6
D) 4:5
E) 4:9

I thinks the question is area of R to S

4a = 2(2x + 3x)

a = 5x / 2

Ares of square S = a^2 = 25x^2/4

Ares of R = 2x * 3x = 6 x^2

So R : S = 6 x^2 / (25x^2/4) = 24 : 25
