Hi there,
Thanks for posting. One thing to keep in mind is--- specific schools may be less of a 'match' based on your past profile (though there can be an element of that certainly); but they may be more of a match to you based on your FUTURE plans and goals! Which you have not even mentioned here... but are the key reason you would be applying to b-school. For more on choosing schools, check out our free download at:

You have a lot of strengths to your profile based on what you've included here, though the Indian IT profile is a common one, but your leadership and global experiences should help you stand out. In terms of US vs Europe etc, there are certain things to consider such as program length (more one-year options in Europe), and class profile... the well ranked programs in Europe are generally entirely international/global in terms of class profile, while even top US programs tend to be 60-70% Americans in the class. Of course top 10 US schools open doors around the world no matter what, but some people prefer more diversity within the classroom as you learn from others, and given your interest in traveling and cultures that may appeal to you. (So for example, in addition to INSEAD, you could look at LBS, Cambridge, Oxford, IE, HEC France). In terms of schools with ties to IT, Tepper in the US comes to mind right away and you may have a decent profile for that program. You could also look at Georgia Tech and BU, for example.
Good luck to you !
