Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your profile with us. Your work experience - the way it's described here - seems a bit light. Sure, a promotion is great, but it's almost a prerequisite now to have 1-2 promotions under your belt before applying to a top MBA program. I don't get a sense of what you accomplished or your leadership capacity - if Ivy programs are your goal, your leadership experience needs to jump off the page. Your GPA is a bit low, so be sure to set time aside and really prep for your GMAT - you really need to kill it.
I like that you have some extracurricular involvement, however it seems disjointed. What's your story? What does your participation as an editor, winning a few debates, and participation with a couple NGOs mean? Why did you do this? How does this fit with your passion and goals down the line? I know it's tough to fit all this into a forum, but these are questions AdComms are going to ask about your application, so keep this top of mind!
At the moment, the data that I have tells me that top 20 programs are a stretch for you, but the good news is that you have time to improve your profile. Focus on the suggestions I made above and come back to us with an update - we can then potentially discuss more details on school selection and application strategies. In the meantime, check out
