Researchers have announced that the magnetic fields emitted by one manufacturer’s security surveillance system, of which type there are 200,000 worldwide, can interfere with pacemakers and that this interaction can bring on missed or irregular heartbeats, nausea, breathlessness, dizziness, and even fainting.

A. of which type there are 200,000 worldwide, can interfere with pacemakers and that
B. of which, worldwide, there are 200,000 of that type, and which can interfere with pacemakers, and
C. of which type there are 200,000 worldwide, they can interfere with pacemakers and
D. 200,000 of which type exist worldwide, interfering with pacemakers, and
E. 200,000 of that type existing worldwide and can interfere with pacemakers, and

I dunno if im right bout A, but D???? This is what it would look like w/ D...

Researchers have announced that the magnetic fields emitted by one manufacturer’s security surveillance system, 200,000 of which type exist worldwide, interfering with pacemakers, and this interaction can bring on missed or irregular heartbeats, nausea, breathlessness, dizziness, and even fainting.

ok im fine w/ everything (awkward) up til "interfering with pacemakers,... "and this interaction can bring" <--- how does this connect with "announced that". there is nothing after annouced that demands "and this interaction can bring".

announced that needs to be followed by something like this:

I announced that peaches are better than apples.

announced that... and this interaction. What is the first thing that was announced???

I don't agree w/ the OA at all.

perhaps we're missing some "that"s at the end of the answers? I can't see how any of the "and"s make sense without one.

I am going with A here.

Amit... the OAs given in the SETS are notoriously wrong. I have found 5 or 6 wrong for some sets. So that answer D could be meaningless.

Each and every question in the SETS has be posted here atleast 3 or 4 times before. Using the search question for these questions is the best strategy. Here are some threads with explanations:
