Currently, my resume is modeled after most business school templates - I list each company I worked for and the bullets below it give a description of my responsibilities with a few details thrown in here and there.
However, for admissions purposes, I'm wondering if I should revamp my resume to make it more detailed and list out each transaction/project I worked on and the skills I utilized in each one. This transaction based resume would deviate from the business school resume templates I've seen. It would make the resume longer, and I would have to use a fairly small font and small margins.
Which resume do you think I should use? Would they like to see a more high level and concise resume, or a more detailed resume?
