Retake or not retake? Low speaking of 23 with quite good total of 108.

Hi guys!
I am in doubt what to do. I took the TOEFL ibt 2 times:
- The results of 1st attempt: R 29 L 28 S 23 W 23 with total 103
- The results of 2nd attempt (have just got the score): R 29 L 29 S 23 W 27 with total 108
The total score is above the required score of the most top schools (excl. HBS).
But there are two reasons why I want the better speaking score:
1) I would like to apply to HBS
2) Some sources claim that speaking is the most important skill and good candidates need to have 25 or more in speaking to be successfully considered. Look here, for example: aigac[dot]org/2011/09/toefl-speaking-scores-for-mba-applicants/
Now I have time by the deadline of the Round 2 to consider the following options:
1) Do nothing, forget about HBS and be in fear that some other top schools will not take me because of my low speaking score
2) Ask for rescoring of speaking section (I'm pretty sure that this time I did better job and deserved more than 23). But it takes 3 weeks and if I get a lower score I will probably have not enough time by the deadline of Round 2 to retake the test
3) Spend some extra time to prepare and retake the test
What is the best option to do now?
