A says that the fear of destruction was there even after WW I but still there was WW II in 1945.
Whats the OA?

We do not know if WW1 was as destructive as WW2, so we cant say that even though WW1 was destructive it dint stop WW2 from happening.

B is simply saying that the fear of retaliation (hence the eventual destruction) will lead to more destructive tendencies.

they say fear of destruction, but really it's fear of retaliation (not necessarily militarily).
A doesn't say anything.

Late but A.
If fear of destruction prior to WWII was as great as after the WWII and WWII still took place, then that is not the reason preventing people from going into WWIII. There must be some other reason.
