Well, you have some basically pretty good stuff in your profile, although your GMAT is a wee bit on the low side, esp. for Indian candidates.

But that's not the main obstacle. At this point, it is very unlikely that any worthwhile MBA program will take you on, simply because you lack the relevant experience. They are looking for at least 2-3 years full-time experience as a MINIMUM. So my recommendation would be to take that time to retake your GMAT as well as gain that necessary experience, and do anything else you can that might boost your profile.

Thanks a lot. I can understand your point and its a perfect thing. But due to some personal problems I can't wait for more time. Would you suggest some B-schools which are possible for my profile. It will be of great help. I appreciate your help

Well, I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but basically there aren't any.

Buuuuut there are OTHER programs that might interest you. For example there is a management program designed from people with no experience, called a Masters in Management, otherwise you can try a Masters in Marketing, or Finance, or Economics, which all have no work experience requirements.

What do you suggest about florida international university according to my profile? I know it is not a top ranked MBA school But please tell me about its 1 year international mba program.

Well the big question is: Does the program fit your own goals? It's not a top-rated program, but not a bad one either. Is it right for you? Only you can decide.
