I'm curious as to the practical benefits of attending HBS. I ask this question in the context of real-world career impact; salary, firms hiring, promotion potential, etc. compared to other Top 5 or perhaps even Top 10 B-Schools.
Looking at employment reports, top employers and so fourth, it seems that most of the top programs feed into the same careers or even same positions at the same salaries. So the question is, why HBS? Is it "easier" with an HBS degree? Networking (hiring and promotion may be conducted by alumni)?
Thanks in advance --
