In questions related with Conclusion. Try to check what is required after conclusion: with/by/that

In the introductory part, there is some emphasis and then in the sub-clause there are certains reviews. So, Conclude that is required. This rules out A, B and D.

B/w C and E, E is better because in C:
C. the dismal reviewing of several focus groups forced it for concluding that the new line probably would not sell

reviewing >>> incorrect participle
for concluding >>> incorrect usage.

E it is.

E. the dismal reviews by several focus groups forced it to conclude that the new line probably would not sell

it refers to Eikea

to conclude that is idiomatic

+1 E

"of several focus groups" has a wrong meaning.
"Them" is a wrong pronoun in this sentence.
