Schools outside the top 16, assuming your GMAT is strong (720+). But the thing is, going to schools outside the top 16 won't really help you achieve your career goals anyhow. Sounds like you're wanting to pay $150K+ to get access to Morgan Stanley, Citi, etc. and if that's the case, it'll only make sense to do that if you're at a top school.

I'm not going to tell you not to apply - just if you do, know that your chances are going to be slim at any top school, unless you decide to apply for part-time or exec programs. I'm sure you were hoping me to tell you otherwise, but unfortunately that's just the lay of the land.
